Response Point is a small, yet powerful small business phone system, for up to 50 users, with no per-user or licensing fees. That's as easy to use as an iPod- even for features like transfer, call park, and 3-way conference.  RP costs the same, if not less, than many other off-site "hosted IP PBX" Systems and can use either traditional or VoIP phone lines or a mixture of both.

RP's features include:

1. Click-to-Call (dial by clicking on an imported Outlook contact on your PC)
2. Speech recognition
3. Full built-in voicemail including forwarding to e-mail if desired (and optional automated transcription of VM's too!)
4. Automated receptionist/company directory
5. Full Caller ID support (phone displays and PC desktops)
6. Multi-line capability
7. Department & Group names (e.g. "Billing", "Prescriptions", etc.)
8. Automatic forward of voicemail to e-mail attachments.
